Your Monthly Wellness Summary: Making the Most of a Doctor's Visit

Most of us have had the moment. You sit down with the doctor, and the question "when was your last period?" suddenly has no clear answer. The visit is short, and the details you meant to mention slip away.

Tanaya was built with that moment in mind. Alongside period tracking and AI-assisted predictions, it prepares a monthly wellness summary that you can share with your doctor.

What the summary brings together

Tanaya keeps a personal health profile that covers your history, diet, allergies, medication and lifestyle. As you log your cycle and how you feel, that information builds up in one place. The monthly summary gathers it into a form that is easy to read, so you do not have to reconstruct a month from memory.

How to use it well

  1. Look it over before the visit. Read the summary a day or two ahead and note anything that stands out to you.
  2. Write down your questions. Add two or three things you want to ask, so they are not lost in the conversation.
  3. Share it openly. Show it to your doctor at the start of the visit. It gives both of you a common starting point.
  4. Keep logging. The more consistently you track, the more complete the next summary will be.

Support when you want it

If you would like to talk to a specialist, Tanaya also offers consultations with certified gynecologists, and a 24/7 AI wellness assistant is there for everyday questions in between.

An important note

Tanaya is a wellness information app and is not a substitute for medical advice. A summary helps you prepare for a conversation with your doctor. It does not replace one.
